Promoting practical training
Since 2003, work has been carried out on training projects linked to business simulation, first through Geslan Training and Business, and from March 2024 as self-employed professional.
Currently collaborating with INFORM Foundation, a national and international benchmark in business simulation for educational purposes. We are marketing agents for SEFED program in the Basque Country, Navarre and La Rioja, helping training centers implement this practical and transformative methodology.
Since 2013, we have been collaborating specifically in the development and delivery of the Geslan training program, focused on innovative methodologies and focused on employability. This experience consolidated a solid foundation in the application of simulation as an educational tool.
Our work consists of advise the centers in the launch of their simulated companies, providing technical support, faculty support, and ongoing mentoring. Although the program is billed by the foundation, we directly manage the events and training sessions.
Self-employed professional with more than 20 years promoting the practical training and the business simulation in FP. I transform the way of teaching and learning through the SEFED program and connect the most innovative centers in the Meeting Point of the Basque Country.
With the support of CEIN (European Center for Business and Innovation of Navarra) I founded GESLAN Training and Business, SL and I started my collaboration with Foundation Inform, a national and international benchmark in Business Simulation. Since then, I have led the implementation of the SEFED program in Navarre, the Basque Country and La Rioja, training more than 50 centers and supporting hundreds of teachers.
I promote business development and the implementation of the SEFED program in new centers, demonstrating its educational value and its positive impact on motivation and employability.
I advise and support teaching teams at every stage: implementation, network dynamization, and dissemination of best practices to ensure exceptional results.
I provide practical solutions and daily pedagogical guidance so teachers can focus on what they do best: quality teaching.
Since 2010, I have organized one of the leading simulation, communication, and networking events in vocational training. More than 14 editions have brought together the most innovative centers to share experiences and build the future of training.
